Admissions & Lottery Process
As a public charter school, The Compass School accepts students through a lottery process, ensuring equal access for all applicants. Our lottery is conducted annually in accordance with Rhode Island Department of Education guidelines. Families interested in applying should submit an application by the published deadline to be included in the lottery drawing.

Key Details:

  • Applications are open to all Rhode Island residents.

  • Siblings of current students receive priority placement.

  • Families will be notified of their child’s status following the lottery.
